Job Responsibility

🛡 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF A BOUNCER

📌 Position: Bouncer / Security Personnel

📍 Workplace: Clubs, Hotels, Events, Malls, VIP Areas

🔹 Main Duties:

✔ Control entry at doors and gates
✔ Check IDs and verify age requirements
✔ Prevent unauthorized access
✔ Monitor crowd behavior
✔ Maintain order inside the premises
✔ Handle disturbances calmly and professionally
✔ Escort unruly individuals out when necessary
✔ Protect guests, staff, and property
✔ Conduct bag checks when required
✔ Report incidents to supervisors or management

🔹 Responsibilities:

✔ Ensure safety of customers and staff
✔ Prevent fights and conflicts
✔ Remain alert at all times
✔ Follow company and local security regulations
✔ Work closely with other security team members
✔ Respond quickly to emergencies
✔ Maintain professional appearance and discipline
✔ Avoid unnecessary force unless required for safety
